Had an amazing trip with friends! We loved the beach and the hop on and off bus that made exploring easy. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the outdoor pool was a great place to relax. Just a heads up, there's no coffee in the room, but the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Exceptional Stay with Great Amenities!
I had a wonderful experience! The pool was refreshing, perfect for unwinding after exploring. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially the barman who made the best mixed drinks. I recommend dining at the nearby tapas bars for authentic local flavors and enhancing your stay.

The location of Primus is fantastic, right across from a shopping mall and close to the oceanographic park. My room had a nice view and was spacious, which I appreciated. However, the noise from the main street was bothersome at first, but the staff promptly moved me to a quieter room. The facilities were decent, but I was disappointed that there were no irons available and only laundry services offered instead. I expected more for a 4-star hotel. I also ran into issues with the pool. it was crowded and smaller than advertised. No coffee or tea facilities in the room made mornings a bit inconvenient. The staff could improve their overall attitude. a few were quite unhelpful during my stay. Despite these issues, the stay was comfortable, and having a spacious room definitely made a difference.

missingWrote a review on Jun 12friendly staffdecent breakfast
We had a decent location with a nice staff always ready to help well except for the check-in which felt like rushing a product on a production line and that cold reception really didn't sit well with me honestly but breakfast was good enough to get us going even if it was missing some essentials.
Paid a little more than it should've cost but overall not too shabby.
